We here at Sport 21 are so pleased to announce that Mikkel Mac is joining the team!
After testing the new ENSO CLM P1 / 01 in Germany last week (released by the one and only ByKolles Racing); Mikkel Mac was invited to test the LMP1 last Wednesday. “It was a great experience for me. I’m Danish, so I’ve always had Tom Kristensen as an idol. To finally drive in the same LMP1 category was incredible. Brutally fast and I loved every second it. Amazing car and thank you for the opportunity..” As you can see, not only does he convey his passion for vehicles like this, but also his knowledge of the history surrounding motorsport.
After this very successful outing, we are delighted to announce that Mikkel will be joining the team for further testing at The Paul Ricard circuit this week. In addition to his aim to be racing at Le Mans in September, Mikkel is to drive in the Danish GT this season at Outzen Motorsport. After the prolonged uncertainty caused by the global COVID-19 outbreak; it is great to be able to report on these more positive aspects as we all look forward to a return to more traditional track racing.
We are all massively looking forward to this next chapter together and can’t wait to see what the future has in store with this exciting collaboration.
