MRS GT-Racing Prepares for Hankook 24H

With another exciting event fast approaching in 2021, it is now only a matter of weeks before we see the Hankook 24H Sebring unfold this coming November.

Along with many other teams, the returning Hankook 24H Dubai runner MRS GT-Racing prepares for Hankook 24H. Ahead of the Hankook 24H Sebring the repeat 24H series class winners MRS GT-Racing are currently on the hunt for experienced drivers to join its line-up for the Hankook 25H Sebring scheduled for the 18 to 20 November this year; along with the 24H Dubai scheduled to take place in January 2022.

The successful German team have already participated twice at the 24H Series where they won a 911-class podium finish at the season opener in Dubai before making the switch to the latest 922-gen Porsche 911 GT3 Cup for the Hankook 12H Hockengeimring.

As MRS GT-Racing prepares for Hankook 24H Sebring, the team is also set to compete at the upcoming Hankook 24H Barcelona. Their driver lineup includes Nicola Michelon, Nikolai Gadetskii, Alameri and Audrius Butkevicius. Previously in 2019 the MRS GT-Racing team won 4th in-class. This victory was then shortly followed by a podium finish in Dubai, Mugello and Portimao, en-route to the runners-up position in the 24H Series Continents 911-class standings.

In other exciting news for the German team, MRS GT-Racing have also confirmed the Porsche 992 GT3 Cup for the first ever 24H Sebring. This event is expected to be the longest international endurance event that has ever been held at the Sebring International Raceway venue.

As far back as 2012 MRS Racing have competed at the Hankook 24H Dubai so it is no surprise that they are all set to compete at next year’s Hankook 24H Dubai also. This particular event means a lot to the team as they have enjoyed each event while experiencing increased success each time. The German team took its first ever podium in 2018 in SPX and 911-AM; not to mention the class wins the team achieved in the GT4 class in 2019 and the 911 class in 2020.

While this successful team also experienced victory at the Hankook 12H Mugello in 2018 with overall GT Drivers like Joe Foster and Charles Putman, MRS GT-Racing prepares for Hankook 24H with plans to source some of the best drivers that will help continue the winning streak for this team.
