2021 Italian GT Championship

Scuderia Ravetto & Ruberti confirm their entry for the 2021 Italian GT Championship – with input from Paolo Ruberti and Manfredi Ravetto.

S.R.& R. – Scuderia Ravetto & Ruberti srl confirms its entry with a Ferrari 488 Challenge EVO-GT Cup class in the 2021 Italian GT Championship. Both are in the Sprint and Endurance series and they proud to announce the drivers’ line-up as follows: Luca Demarchi (already italian GT-Light champion in 2016 and GT-Cup vice-champion in 2020 with S.R.& R. as well as class winner at 6h of Rome) and Nicholas Risitano (graduate from Nascar Euroseries and already italian-european karting champion). They will share driving duites in the Sprint series while both Demarchi and Risitano will be joined by Edoardo Barbolini (experienced touring car driver who won Coppa Italia TCR) in the Endurance series.

Paolo Ruberti: “We’re quite satisfied with what we achieved last year in our Italian GT rookie season, but although being several times on podium, we missed to score a win: having shown at 6h of Rome that we can win, we will try to tick the box with the crew we selected for their solid performance; our drivers can always rely on Manfred’s experience as well as on mine.”

Manfredi Ravetto: “Our gratitude goes to AciSport for organising once more a high-level championship during difficult times. S.R.& R. keeps growing step by step and doubles its efforts affirming itself as a family (with Gianfranco Fantuzzi confirmed as head of the sporting and operational side as well as Alex Frassen confirmed in charge of the technical side) which selects and nurses talents, making them ready for more demanding programs.”
